Founded by professional Directors, APPA takes a practical approach to developing tools for you to use in real-world projects right away.  Actors at all stages of the development of their craft will benefit tremendously from our unique organization and focus on the three major aspects of working as an actor today: Audition, Preparation and Performance.

While many acting schools focus on the weaknesses of an actor, our philosophy is different.  Although it is very important to strengthen areas of limitations, and we of course actively do so, we believe that it is equally important to focus on an actor's strengths...to cultivate them and encourage the actor to leverage those strengths into winning roles in real projects, either in theater or film.

It is our fundamental viewpoint that improving yourself as an actor is best achieved through the process of acting within the framework of audition, preparation and performance.
